TCTP (Third Country Training Programme), the joint training program, which was conducted by inviting personnel from maritime law enforcement agencies of relevant countries, organized by the Malaysian Government and JICA was performed where MCT instructed the MMEA instructors of Mobile Training Team (MTT) instructors advice/coaching and others for the teaching methods. Other than the joint program, MCT taught MTT at the Training Of Trainers (TOT) sessions on arresting techniques followed by discussions and experience-sharing with MMEA. The JCG will continue to strengthen cooperation and collaboration with the coast guard agencies of other countries to realize a Free and Open Indo-Pacific, while supporting capacity building for the countries in the Indo-Pacific region.
